If you are in a love-hate relationship with your jawline, you’re not alone. Many people struggle with maintaining a defined jawline, and most often seek surgeries to remedy the area. People want more choices, though, and would prefer non-surgical facelifts to get the face and jawline they want. Which is why the Lypo-Gold Method may be your choice as it’s minimally invasive and has lasting results. Taught by Elite Aesthetics Institute, we also have a list of providers who are trained to perform this cosmetic surgery.

Exercises To Help

There are some proven exercises that can help keep your jawline defined and toned as you age. Be sure to pace yourself though and take it slowly, and stop if you experience any pain. The neck curl or neck crunch is a good way to activate neck muscles that are rarely used: Lay down on your back and press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Bring your chin to your chest while lifting your head about two to three inches off the ground. Slowly lower your head back down and repeat. Vowel exercises are also great ways of flexing and stretching your mouth: Open your mouth to create an “O” sound. Exaggerate the vowel to tighten the muscles. Open your mouth to create an “E” sound, and repeat the “O” and “E” movements.

The collarbone exercise helps to engage the muscles under your chin which also supports your jaw: Sit down on the floor or a chair, and bring your head back several inches until you feel the muscles on the side of your neck contract. Keep your chest as still as possible, and ensure your ears are past your shoulders, keeping your chin parallel with the floor as you move. Repeat this motion but push your head forward. Chin-up exercises lift up the facial muscles, including the jaw: Close your mouth and slowly push your jaw forward. Lift up your lower lip and push up until you feel the muscles in your chin and jawline stretch. Maintain this position for ten seconds before releasing and repeating. The exercise tongue twister targets muscles that can tone the jawline: Place your tongue at the roof of your mouth, just behind your teeth. Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth to create tension. Hum and make a vibrating sound to activate your muscles.

Defined Jawline

If the jawline and facial exercises aren’t working for you, or you want faster results, a non-surgical facelift may be your best option. The Lypo-Gold Method is just that, and involves extracting a small amount of fat cells from your body, typically from the belly area. These fat cells will be “processed” to obtain more regenerative adult stem cells. We inject the cells into specific locations of your face, like the jawline, to produce firmer, smoother and younger skin. Lypo-Gold is revolutionary as it’s taking aesthetic medicine to a whole new level. This procedure is minimally-invasive, meaning you can jump back onto your feet quickly and effortlessly. Initial results are visible within two to three weeks, while there is also a gradual increase as the regenerative cells will continue to boost your skin’s collagen and elastin production. This method leaves you with an improved skin texture, improved collagen thickness and production, along with eliminating wrinkles and leaving your skin healthy, smooth and fresh.

A Different Choice

Although the jawline exercises have proven to be effective, it does take a long time to see results. Since these muscles are hardly used, you have to start slowly and work your way up, as well as doing the exercises at least six days a week. You want to plateau at about thirty minutes of exercises a day, but that will take time, as well as seeing visible results. Many people don’t want to make that kind of commitment or want faster, more effective results, which is why the Lypo-Gold method is the best choice.
